I called and was able to get an appointment on the same day with Phuong! She ended up staying an hour and a half after they closed to work on my nails! I felt like a VIP! My nails were done beautifully and exactly what I wanted!  If you go to this salon you are supporting the many important charities that they support including kids and medical research and many more! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had and I don’t get my nails done often but I felt I had to write this review after my wonderful experience here! I have been coming to Fantastic Nails and Spa for about 10 years now.  Absolutely love going there for pedicures, manicures, lash extensions and waxing.  Over the years I have been gifted various gift certificates to other spas in London.  Those other spas didn’t compare to Fantastic Nails.  The atmosphere here is relaxing, the staff are friendly and fun to speak with.  They’re knowledgeable about their services and do amazing work.  Best of all, all their equipment is clean and they take the time to educate you about it. - W Rivera

Back, mid May 2023, I had an appointment with Phuong for eyelash extensions, as I was planning a VIP trip to Ireland and needed to look my best.  Phuong did such a fantastic job on my lashes and nails for my Wedding in Sept 2022 that I decided to drive from Hamilton, where I live to London, to have  Phuong do my eyelashes but got stuck on hwy 403… was running very late, was being rerouted but had the very last appointment available and was terrified i would miss my appointment. I called and Phuong agreed to wait for me. I was 20 minutes late, she did my eyelashes and made sure i looked my best, for my trip, even plucked my eyebrows for me.  My experience at her salon and spa is always superior to any other.  She is warm, and welcoming and makes you feel like family.  She shares wonderful stories of her philanthropic endeavors that are made possible through salon patrons.
